The projects are created entirely in Photoshop with a 300 dpi preset and a standard resolution of 2500x3535 pixels, allowing for prints in considerable sizes (Letter, Tabloid, Ledger) 🖨️.

In short, you should not face any issues regarding the resolution and quality of the artwork, as it is common practice for this type of art not to be printed for the creation of such large frames. 🖼️

Currently, the templates are only editable through Canva or Photoshop, the same tool where they are all created.

This means you will need a computer or laptop to edit the templates on Photoshop. 💻 🖥️ While with Canva, it's possible to edit using just a mobile phone. 📱

All instructions for accessing the product will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. 📧✨ You will gain access to the content through an exclusive Club created by our team on Wix, affectionately called the Artframe Club. 🔒 Hotmart is the payment manager responsible for handling integration, delivery, and the security of your data. It solely manages payments and releases the access link, which will be sent to your email. After accessing the link, you will need to register in our Club and wait for an administrator’s approval. This step is necessary for security control and typically takes no more than a few minutes. Once your registration is approved, simply log in, and you’ll be able to access all the product content. All status updates will be communicated via email. ⏳✅ If you don’t find the email with the access link, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also type “Artframe” into your email service’s search bar. If you still can’t locate it after following these steps, please contact our support team through the chat. 🚀

Yes! We have some detailed written tutorials 📚 that teach everything from downloading the files 📥 to fully editing the templates in Photoshop.

There will be updates at no additional cost for all versions of the pack. 🎁 We will strive to release new content on a monthly basis 📅, as long as the pack remains active and growing. The updates will include new images for the existing packs 🖼️, as well as the implementation of new categories.

However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee this will continue indefinitely, as future events may interfere and alter the product’s functionality. ⚠️ Nonetheless, we will do our best to keep the pack updated on a monthly basis. 🚀

The warranty for a full refund is 7 days. After this period, it will not be possible to request your money back.

If you made the purchase and for any reason are dissatisfied with the product before the seventh day, you can proceed with the refund request through the same platform that manages payments (Hotmart)

Usage License:

You have full freedom to use and sell the licensed design, provided it is incorporated into physical customized products such as prints, frames, t-shirts, or any other personalized items. The sale, distribution, or sharing of the original digital files, especially templates in .PSD format, is not permitted under any circumstances.

Granted Permissions:

✔ Use the design in personal and commercial projects, as long as it is printed, edited, or transformed into a tangible final product.

✔ Modify the design (such as adjusting colors, sizes, or adding elements) to meet the needs of your project, provided the final result is used in a physical product or printed edition.

✔ Display the final products containing the design in storefronts, fairs, physical stores, or e-commerce platforms, as long as the digital files are not made available for download or transfer.

Restrictions:

✖ It is expressly prohibited to sub-license, resell, rent, or donate the design in its original or edited digital form to third parties.

✖ The design, whether in its original or modified form, may not be included in any type of digital archive, database, online gallery, or storage platform that could allow public or private access to the files.

Intellectual Property:

The design remains the intellectual property of its creator, Guilherme Nogueira (@gnpackz). This license grants only the right to use it as specified above and does not transfer ownership of the design.

Any use that violates the terms of this license may result in the immediate revocation of usage rights and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

The photos used in the preview of this template are sourced from Freepik and have been included solely as compositional elements and for aesthetic demonstration of the final artwork. They serve as placeholders (reserved spaces) and must be replaced with the end user’s own images. This design does not involve the sale or distribution of the original digital files containing these photos, being in full compliance with Freepik’s terms of use, which permit their use in transformed personal and commercial projects such as this.
